Refund Eligibility

To give you peace of mind, I offer a 24-hour trust period for your initial subscription, starting from the moment of successful payment. If you evaluate the content during this time and find it's not a good fit, you can request a full refund.

Payments for subscription renewals are non-refundable. I will send you a reminder email before your renewal date, and you can cancel future renewals by contacting me via email.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Except for the 24-hour trust period for an initial subscription, refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • Services Deemed Consumed (Fair Use): If, within the 24-hour trust period, abnormal or bulk page viewing/downloading is detected, the service is considered fully consumed and is not eligible for a refund.
  • Change of Mind: After the 24-hour period, refunds for changing your mind or no longer needing the service are not available.
  • User-Related Issues: Problems arising from your own operational errors, local network environment, or device issues.
  • Promotional Offers: Services purchased at a discount or through special promotions (unless required by law).

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

All requests for refunds or cancellation of future subscriptions must be made by sending an email to my support address.

To ensure I can process your request efficiently, please provide the following:

  • Subject: Please specify "Refund Request" or "Cancellation Request".
  • Your Registered Email Address
  • Order or Transaction ID (for refund requests)
  • Reason for Refund (Optional): Your feedback is invaluable for helping me improve.

Refund Processing

After receiving your complete request email, I will review it and respond within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, which typically takes 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Disputes and Chargebacks

I am committed to handling every request fairly. If you are unsatisfied with my decision, I encourage you to reply to my email for further communication before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Directly initiating a chargeback may result in permanent restriction of access to your account.
